RAW CHOC MOUSSE
2 tablespoons cacao OR organic raw carob powder
3-4 medjool dates, to sweeten
1 teaspoon cinnamon
pinch Himalayan salt
1 tablespoon melted coconut oil (I leave this out sometimes but it does make it nice and thick when put in fridge)
½ cup coconut milk
1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
1.Blend ingredients until velvet smooth.
2.Pour into individual dessert bowls or glasses and put in fridge at least one hour to thicken up.
- Serve as is or with yummy berries on top, toasted coconut, or chopped nuts.
** Sometimes I put whole, soaked goji berries stirred in too. Also nice with orange zest for a Jaffa flavor, or chili powder for a spicy one! **
