Boost you metabolism, kickstart digestion and aid your immune system first thing in the morning with my favourite Morning Health Tonic.
1/2 lemon, juiced
1 pinch, cayenne pepper
1-2 cm fresh ginger, grated
1 tsp cider vinegar (with the mother, I used Bragg)
Add lemon, cayenne pepper and cider vinegar to a glass
Grate ginger, let infuse in boiling water for 2-3 minutes.
Once infused strain and add to glass. Drink with warm water every morning upon rising!
