4-5 ‘Pukka’ Echenacia and Elderberry Tea / your favourite berry flavoured tea bags
2 cups boiling water
Lots of Ice
- Steep teabags in boiling water for 2-3 mins
- Remove tea bags and pour into glass pitcher
- Top with cold water (approx 1 litre) leaving room for the ice later.
- Refrigerate until chilled (about two hours)
- Squeeze 1 1/2 limes and slice the remainder, put the lime and ice in pitcher and serve!
