INGREDIENTS:

4-5 ‘Pukka’ Echenacia and Elderberry Tea / your favourite berry flavoured tea bags

3 Limes

2 cups boiling water

Lots of Ice

 

METHOD:

  1. Steep teabags in boiling water for 2-3 mins
  2. Remove tea bags and pour into glass pitcher
  3. Top with cold water (approx 1 litre) leaving room for the ice later.
  4. Refrigerate until chilled (about two hours)
  5. Squeeze 1 1/2 limes and slice the remainder, put the lime and ice in pitcher and serve!
