If you are feeling your body is a little on the acidic side aka . too much Booze / coffee / grains / meat and not enough green leafy veggies to combat it, then this juice should be your weapon of choice!

I’ve put together this great smoothie to help alkaline your body and freshen you up! It’s easy (of course) and delicious, give it a whirl!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 stalk of celery
  • 1 lemon, peeled
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1/2 cup filtered water

METHOD

  1. Chop celery and cucumber into chunks and peel lemon.
  2. Add all ingredients to blender and blend, you may need to add more water to keep the mixture moving in the blender.
  3. Serve in your favourite glass and enjoy!
